We keep current physical and immunization forms for each district on file. Ask at your visit – we’ll complete the right form for your child’s school.

Michigan’s federally-funded early intervention program for children birth to age 3 with developmental delays or disabilities. Free evaluations, therapy, and family support services.
Once a child turns 3, special education services transition to the school district through an Individualized Education Program (IEP). We support families through this process.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is the gold-standard treatment for ASD. We coordinate referrals to local ABA and therapy providers accepting new patients.
