Dr. Fareeha Naz founded icare pediatrics with a clear vision: pediatric care that treats every child as an individual, every family as a partner, and every team member as someone worth investing in.

After years in practice, Dr. Naz recognized a gap between what families needed and what the healthcare system was delivering. She believed that a pediatric practice could be both clinically excellent and deeply human — a place where parents feel heard, children feel safe, and the team feels proud to come to work.

icare pediatrics opened in Okemos to serve that vision. And with the August 2026 opening of our Lansing location — the former home of Great Lakes Pediatrics — that vision is growing to serve more families in Greater Lansing.

As a board-certified pediatrician, PCMH-recognized practice founder, and mother, Dr. Naz brings the full perspective of both clinician and parent to every patient interaction.
